I was raised mostly in the Assembly of God church, just north of Seattle. Both of my grandfathers were United Pentecostal Preachers. At the age of 17 I arrived in Tennessee with the dream of being a singer. After having my foot run over by a truck I decided to be a medical assistant with the goal of someday becoming a nurse practitioner. At 20 I got married and graduated from college. My 20’s weren’t exactly happy though. I fell away from God, battled depression, became suicidal, and was unhappy with life. In 2020 I filed for divorce after learning of affairs. Then on September 27, 2020 God got my full attention! Pastor Jonathan Miller was preaching at Restoring Hope Church and called me out from the alter. In an instance I was delivered of the depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and filled with the Holy Ghost! The prayers of my parents were answered that day. My mom did a victory Holy Ghost dance across the stage even! 

March 27, 2022 I went on a date with this minister Corey Richardson who I met through Facebook. Once again God showed faithful to turn my ashes to beauty! We married in August of 2022 and moved to Gallatin, TN. In June of 2022 I started to experience sicknesses. Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, undiagnosable lung disease, vocal cord dysfunction, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obstructive and central sleep apnea, migraines, mitral valve prolapse regurgitation, PVC’s, shortness of breath, chronic cough, chest pain, back pain, sciatica, hypersolmnolence, peripheral neuropathy, asthma, blood disorder, vertigo, hypoglycemic episodes, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, covid, flu, pulmonary embolism, PCOS, infertility, acid reflux, and disability were all diagnosis that doctors spoke over me. Multiple ER trips, 3 different pulmonologist, my primary care provider, an allergist/immunologist, and a cardiologist filled the following months. Once again God was faithful though! I got to a desperate state. Corey and I agreed that we need a Holy Ghost intervention. So on February 8, 2023 I texted my parents that after work we were coming over to break this once and for all! I asked my dad to call some people to join us in prayer to break the generational and spoken curses, the bondage, the demonic attacks. At the alter of Restoring Hope Church I once again met God and instant deliverance! 

A fire was placed in my belly that night and I knew that I could not be quiet any longer. For to long I had hindered the Holy Ghost. For to long I stayed quiet instead of speaking up. Out of that night Unhindered Ministries was born. Our whole purpose in life is to help others meet the mighty and powerful Elohim!

The names of God

  Not to long ago I was praying and I heard "I am Elohim. All you need to do is ask." I had no clue what Elohim meant! So I went to my walking, talking Hebrew dictionary, Corey. He said Elohim means mighty one, the supreme one. Elohim emphasizes the the power and might of God. He is might to heal and save. This got me thinking about the song Because of Who You Are. It goes:  Because of who you are I give you glory Because of who you are I give you praise Lord because of who you are I will lift my voice and say Lord I worship you because of who you are Jehova Jireh, you're my Provider Jehova Nissi, you reign in victory Jehovah Shalom, my Prince of Peace Lord I worship you because of who you are This song often is playing in the background of my brain. Rest for the weary

  This morning I was reading a devotional about stress and depression. A few things stuck out.  Jesus is always there with you through your highs, lows, wins, and losses in life. He simply invites you to come to Him. He’s not there to shame you, to tell you that you’re less than something because you’re suffering. Instead, He's there to provide you hope, love, rest, and relief. You don’t have to try to carry the weight of life alone. We have a Heavenly Father that will take our burdens and give us rest.  Can you picture Jesus standing there with outstretched arms, mail pierced hands saying, “I know you’re going through a rough time. Come to Me. You’re tired. Lid is hard sometimes. Life has put something on you that you can't do by yourself. But you you don’t have to do this alone. Only I can give you that true rest that you need. Do you want rest for your soul, body and mind? I promise you that I’ll give it to you. I’m gentle, loving, patient, and kind. Let me help you. Let me

  Corey Richardson I was born and raised in the blue ridge mountains of North Carolina in the Baptist Church. I had made a commitment to Christ at the age of 13 but I soon backslid in my teenage years. Falling into drugs, alcohol, and riotous living. At the age of 19, during a suicide attempt, I heard the voice of the Lord call out to me saying, “I have a purpose for you.” Immediately I put down the gun and repented of my sins, turning back to Christ as my Lord and savior. Not long after that, the Lord called me to preach,  filling me with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I hid this fact for many years, as I was still very much a part of the Baptist denomination which held a firm stance against the gifts of the Spirit. It was this and other doctrines that the Baptists held that I soon found myself to be at odds with. Spiritual sight

 This weeks Torah portion is called “Re’eh” which means to see. It initiates a time of introspection before we get into the High Holy-days. The Torah portion starts with Deuteronomy 11:26- “See, I am setting before you today a blessing  and a curse“ The Hebrew word Re’eh is singular as though Moses was writing this for each individual to see for himself. But what exactly are we supposed to see? God sets forth both the blessing and the curse within his word. Curses for disobedience and blessings for obedience. These are the consequences of his Law. He wants us to see past the letter or the duty of the Law. To see both the blessing and the curse of our actions.  The curse of the Law is death upon all those who have disobeyed it. Which includes all of us. We’ve all sinned and failed to meet the righteous requirements of the Law. But our Messiah became a curse for us and hung on the tree in our place. Free Indeed

 When I was 3, my uncle sexually molested me. Just recently, 31 years later, I have started to understand the ripple effect of this.  The day my mom found out about the molestation, my mom said “It started like a rock in my stomach the day I found out. I obsessed over it and how I had failed you and what I wanted to do to him. That caused it to take over my life and mind.” That lead to a deep depression in my mom. She would spend years fighting that depression.  It also lead to depression, fear and anxiety in myself. When it came time for school, I cried every day begging my mom not to leave me. I would have panic attacks and throw up. Around 13, I started having flashbacks and started antidepressants.
